1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. They can be used to keep a user signed in, protect a session, remember settings, measure usage or support advertising.
2. Cookies LeisureOS currently uses
The current LeisureOS product uses essential session technology required for authentication and security. These cookies are necessary for the platform to work correctly.
| Cookie / storage type | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| LeisureOS session cookie | Keeps an authenticated Owner, Manager or Staff session secure and associates customer QR activity with the current browser session where required | Strictly necessary |
| Browser storage used by the interface | May remember interface state such as the current Admin module or temporary cart information in the browser | Functional / essential to requested features |
3. Analytics and advertising
The current legal draft assumes that LeisureOS has not yet enabled advertising cookies, marketing pixels or non-essential analytics cookies on the public website.
If tools such as Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or marketing automation are later introduced, this Cookie Policy and any required cookie-consent controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.
4. Your choices
Browsers allow users to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary session cookies may prevent LeisureOS login, Staff operations or customer-session features from working correctly.
5. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when LeisureOS adds new website tools, analytics services, payment integrations or other technologies that use browser storage.
6. Contact
Questions about cookie use can be raised through the LeisureOS contact page.
